What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Osseo

The first month of a new cleaning contract is where most cleaning relationships go wrong. Expectations are verbal, scope is assumed rather than documented, and the crew shows up to a building they have never seen with a checklist that does not match the space. We run the first 30 days on a documented protocol to prevent that.

Step 1 — First call

You call (866) 958-8773 or submit the quote form. We ask a few brief questions about the building, your schedule and what has not been working with your current arrangement. We then schedule the walkthrough.

Step 2 — Facility walkthrough (30–45 minutes)

We visit your facility with a scope checklist. Every space is documented: square footage, floor type, fixture count, access points, any surface-specific requirements. We note your Sunday service time, any midweek programmes, rental events and key holder arrangements. Nothing is assumed.

Step 3 — Written scope and proposal (within 2 business days)

We return a written scope-of-work document and a pricing proposal. The scope lists every space, every task, and the frequency. The proposal is line-itemed. You can adjust the scope before signing—add spaces, remove spaces, change frequency. Once agreed, the scope is the contract.

Step 4 — Crew assignment

A named crew is assigned to your building. They complete an orientation visit with the scope document in hand. They meet your key holder, confirm the access protocol, and walk through any flagged areas. They do not start cleaning on the orientation visit.

Step 5 — First scheduled clean

The assigned crew completes the first cleaning visit according to the documented scope. You or your designated contact can be present if preferred, or we can work with your standard access protocol if you prefer not to be there.

Step 6 — 30-day check-in

After the first month, we schedule a brief phone check-in with your administrator. We review the scope, address any adjustments, and confirm the cleaning log matches expectations. This call takes 10 to 15 minutes and sets the cadence for the ongoing relationship.
