A congregation near Ridgemount Avenue in Plymouth uses their 5,500 sq ft fellowship hall as a community venue, including a Saturday farmers market run by a local nonprofit that operates in the hall from May through October. The farmers market runs 9am to noon every Saturday, leaving the hall with tracked-in mud and plant debris, produce residue on tables, and high foot traffic across the hall's LVP floor.

We clean Saturday afternoons following market close: floor sweep and mop, table wipe-down and restacking, entrance mat shake-out and replacement, restroom service. In May and June when soil is wet from spring rains, the Saturday clean takes longer and we account for that in the scope. October close-out includes a detail clean of the entrance area where mulch has tracked in from planters moved through the hall.

Plymouth fellowship halls that host recurring external programmes often have variable cleaning loads by season. We scope those patterns in rather than applying a flat rate that either over- or under-prices based on the month.
